Job Summary

Responsible to manage and operate Ozobot online stores on 3rd party marketplaces and other direct-to-consumer online channels to aggressively grow business in existing accounts as well as new accounts.  This position will work closely with and report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Create sales plans and manage product assortments on,,,,, and other direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketplace stores as well as support the Ozobot eCommerce website (Shopify) and Ozobot mobile store
  • Carry out operational process of emails, product listing updates and sales campaigns from start to finish.
  • Provide sales and profitability analysis report, user reviews analytics, and other Marketplace related business reports
  • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and best practices for content, image, branding and promotion messaging of Marketplaces and Ozobot store product listing
  • Interface with Customer Service team and provide best-in-class service to Ozobot Marketplace store customers
  • Provide feedbacks on navigational hierarchy and shopping experience of Ozobot Marketplace stores and Ecommerce website/mobile stores
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and Accurately forecast and monitor stock requirements
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiates and report business results including volume, net sales, profit, and margins to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and identifying new areas of opportunity
  • Other related duties as may be assigned from time to time


Qualifications and Skills


  • Education:
    • 4 year Degree in Business or related areas
  • Experience:
    • 4-6 Years of sales experience with 3+ years in Consumer Electronics or Toy industry
    • Expert in operating Ecommerce Marketplaces, especially on Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Shopify and/or other 3rd party Marketplaces.  
    • Experience in merchandising tech toy products is a plus.
  • Computer/Software:
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
