Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our family of Ozobot fans. The right candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and mission-driven (like us). They will have serious brand-building mojo, enough to make the role their own; build meaningful brands; and keep pace with an exploding community of kids, parents, and educators who like, snap, and share Ozobot creations at an impressive rate. Our Brand Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing the Ozobot brand and product positionings across all marketing platforms with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. 


  • Manage brand line packaging and shelf sets
  • Manage research plan and execution
  • Oversee Data Analytics function for web and app stats
  • Develop Brand Bible and socialize and maintain throughout the company
  • Maintain Marketing Department Budget
  • Develop Target Personas
  • Project manage new website build
  • Manage Creative Agencies and Creative Briefs
  • Serve as primary interface with PR agency on all PR efforts
  • Determine and oversee optimal trade event program
  • Develop Celebrity Influencer Marketing program
  • Oversight on all Brand Messaging across functions
  • Collaborate with broader Marketing and Cross-Functional Teams
  • Create and manage Brand Marketing Calendar
  • Work closely with Edu Marketing Manager in determining Edu vs. Consumer branding


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in brand management or account management for a consumer-facing brand (experience in consumer tech or toys a plus)
  • Understanding of the various marketing platforms
  • Experience with various consumer research methodologies
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage and evaluate creative projects
  • Experience in managing external agencies
  • Collaborative and cooperative spirit
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Superior written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to shape strategy
  • E-commerce experience a plus
