Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our family of Ozobot fans. The right candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and mission-driven (like us). They will have serious trade marketing mojo, enough to make the role their own; craft meaningful retailer relationships; and keep pace with an exploding vendor base both online and offline. Our Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing content and promotional programs with all Ozobot retail partners, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and retail sales. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic trade marketing strategy
  • Determine the best strategies for each retail partner, based on their strengths and customer segments
  • Implement SEO and best practices for content, image, branding and promotion messaging of Ozobot store and all online retail partners
  • Manage overall Amazon marketing planning and execution
  • Create and manage monthly trade marketing calendars that support the overall Brand Marketing calendar
  • Ideate and manage execution of trade programs, working with external vendors as needed (for signage, display units, demos, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team in retail presentations and trade promotion executions
  • Analyze and report out on trade marketing results

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in managing offline and online trade accounts for a consumer tech or toy brand
  • Business relationship experience with major mass market retailers
  • Experience with Amazon merchandising and marketing tools
  • Ability to manage and evaluate trade marketing creative
  • Familiarity with Shopify platform a plus
  • Collaborative and cooperative spirit
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Superior written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to shape strategy
